Intervenir el mandato humanitario significa asumir el proyecto que nace con la democraciay con la filosofía. Proyecto que está en el origen de la sociedad de ¿os derechos humanos. Intervenir es interrogarse a través del otro, el otro como alteridad esencial. Es interrogación transversal desde y para la autonomía; es explicitación de la transferencia; es afección reflexiva como facultad del tipo antropológico autónomo. Tipo antropológico que debe querer la interrogación, como apertura frente a la emergencia de la alteridad característica del ser y de la historia. Alteridad ante la cual la sociedad heterónoma, así como el sujeto que ésta fabrica en tanto que garante del encierro de su significación fundante, se expresa in extremis por el odio hacia los otros. Es esta alteridad el objeto de la intervención que aquí interesa.

Intervention in the context of the humanitarian mandate means to assume the project that born with democracy and philosophy Project which is in the origin of the society of human rights. Intervention means to interrogate our self-trough others, others as essential altericy. It means mainstreaming interrogation from and through autonomy, it means explicitate transfer. It means anthropological being's reflexive affection as opening capacity. Anthropological being who should wants the interrogation, as the opening in front of the emergent alteracy of being and history. Alteracy before who heteronomus society, also the individual build by as warranty of the basic closed significance, find the last manifestation in hate of others. So this alteracy is the main field for the intervention that I propose in this paper.
